About Malaysia Roofing Specialist
We inspect leaking and ageing roofs across Peninsular Malaysia for free, find the real cause, and quote on the spot. Typical minor leak repairs cost RM350–RM1,800; membrane waterproofing is RM7–RM9 per sq ft with a 10-year warranty; full re-roofing from RM14 per sq ft. Works are carried out by our CIDB-registered installation partner with 100+ site teams.
Malaysia Roofing Specialist helps homeowners, condo management bodies and businesses across Peninsular Malaysia fix leaking roofs properly the first time. We focus on one thing: finding the real cause of a leak and fixing it with the right system, at a fair, written price.
How we work
Every job starts with a free on-site inspection. Our technician water-tests the roof, checks tiles, flashing, gutters, membranes and the roof space, then explains the cause and gives a written quotation on the spot. There is no obligation. If you go ahead, you pay a deposit and the balance on completion, and you receive a written workmanship warranty.
Who does the work
Inspections and works are carried out by our CIDB-registered installation partner, which runs 100+ site teams from central, southern and northern branches. That is how we can usually inspect within 1–3 working days across our coverage area.
