How do you fix a warehouse roof leak?

Warranty follows the system installed: 10 years for PU foam metal deck and membrane waterproofing, and 5 years for ceramic heat-reflective coating. Repair-only works and gutter replacement warranties are stated in the formal quotation. Each warranty is issued once works are completed and the balance is paid, and covers the areas and systems listed in the quotation.
Is the site survey free for commercial roofs?
Site surveys are free within our coverage areas, with an RM150 fee in remote areas such as outer Pahang. Very large or complex sites may need more than one visit to complete measurement and leak mapping before the formal quotation.
How long does a factory roof repair take?
It depends on scope. Targeted leak repairs can take a few days, while phased replacement of a large warehouse roof may take several weeks. The formal quotation includes a timeline, and works are scheduled around weather and your operations, usually starting early in the day before the afternoon storms common in Malaysia.
